01Who we are

This website at camisportslimited.com (the "Site") is operated by CAMI Sports Limited, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA ("CAMI Sports Ltd", "we", "us", "our").

Our mailing address is 3133 Brookside Place, El Paso, Texas 79928, USA. References elsewhere on this Site to Los Angeles describe where we conduct business operationally.

02Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

03What this Site is — and is not

The Site is provided for general information about CAMI Sports Ltd and the services we offer. It is a marketing and information resource only.

Nothing on the Site:

• constitutes an offer to provide representation, agency, advisory or any other services to you;
• constitutes an invitation, inducement or solicitation to enter into any agreement or transaction;
• creates any agency, representation, fiduciary, employment, partnership or client relationship between you and us; or
• should be treated as a substitute for professional advice.

No relationship is created by using this Site or by contacting us through it. A representation or client relationship with CAMI Sports Ltd arises only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and only once any regulatory conditions applicable to that engagement have been satisfied.

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, immigration, employment or career advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Content is general in nature and does not take account of your particular circumstances, objectives or needs.

Before taking any contractual, commercial or financial step, you should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your situation and jurisdiction.

05Regulatory status

CAMI Sports Ltd and its personnel operate in a regulated sector. Our football agency activity is carried out by individuals holding a FIFA Football Agent licence, and is subject to the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, and the national regulations of the relevant member association, in each case as amended, supplemented or suspended from time to time.

You should be aware that the regulatory position in this area is subject to ongoing legal challenge in a number of jurisdictions, and that certain provisions of the applicable regulations have been suspended or varied in particular territories. We apply the rules in force in the relevant jurisdiction at the relevant time. Nothing on this Site should be read as a statement of the current content of any regulation.

In California, athlete agent activity is regulated by the Miller-Ayala Athlete Agents Act (California Business and Professions Code, Division 8, Chapter 2.5, commencing with Section 18895). Public disclosure information for our athlete agents is filed with the California Secretary of State as required by that Act. Filing does not imply approval by the California Secretary of State of the competence of the athlete agent. Instructions for obtaining that public disclosure information are available from the California Secretary of State.

Agent contracts are subject to the requirements of applicable law, including requirements as to written form, description of services, fee schedules, prescribed disclosures and rights of rescission. Those requirements are dealt with in the relevant agreement, not on this Site.

06Illustrative and modeled content

Certain parts of the Site, including the charts published on our Insights page, present illustrative models. They do not represent client data, actual or projected earnings, or results achieved or expected for any individual, club or brand. They are published for discussion and educational purposes only and are subject to the disclosure set out on that page.

Statistics describing our business are stated as at the date of publication and may change. We give no warranty that any figure remains current.

07Unsolicited submissions

Please do not send us confidential information through the Site.

If you submit playing history, video, statistics, proposals, business plans, creative material or any other content to us other than under a signed agreement or non-disclosure agreement, that material is submitted on a non-confidential basis. We are under no obligation to review it, keep it confidential, return it, respond to it, or refrain from using ideas of a similar kind. We may already be developing, or may in future develop or receive from others, materials or concepts similar to those you send us, and nothing in this paragraph restricts us from doing so.

By submitting material you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

08Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, layout, design, the CAMI Sports Ltd name, logo, device marks and other trade marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own internal and non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, frame, scrape, data-mine or use any part of the Site, or use it to train any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce any virus, malware or other harmful code;
• use any automated system to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
• submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form on the Site.

10Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and social media accounts. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any third-party site, and you access them at your own risk.

11Availability

We do not warrant that the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we may change these terms as described below.

12Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that information on the Site is accurate, complete or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAMI Sports Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, contract, goodwill, data or anticipated saving, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAMI Sports Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or any material you submit through it.

15Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

16Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The version in force is the one published here, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Site, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This clause governs use of the Site only. It does not govern any representation agreement or other contract between us, which will contain its own governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution provisions, and which may be subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of a sporting tribunal.

18General

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site.
