02Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through camisportslimited.com. It does not cover information we hold about clients under a signed representation agreement, which is governed by that agreement and by any separate privacy notice provided to you.
03What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, the category you select (athlete, coach or executive, club or federation, brand or agency, media, other), your club or company where you provide it, and the content of your message. Anything further you choose to include is collected too, so please do not include sensitive information in a first message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log data when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of access. This is used for security, diagnostics and to keep the Site working.
Analytics
Analytics and tracking on this Site: ANALYTICS TOOLS IN USE, OR "NONE". Where analytics are used, further detail is set out in our Cookie Policy.
Fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which involves the transmission of your IP address to Google. We do not control that processing. See Google's privacy policy for details of how Google handles that data.
04Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and to assess whether we may be able to work with you.
- To provide and improve the Site, including maintaining security and diagnosing faults.
- To keep records of communications relating to potential and actual engagements.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and sporting-governance obligations, including obligations owed to FIFA, national member associations, and state athlete-agent regulators.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
05Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary, and only with:
- service providers who host our Site, deliver our email and process form submissions on our behalf, in each case under contract and only for our purposes;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers;
- regulators, sporting bodies and law enforcement where we are required or permitted to do so; and
- a purchaser or successor in the event of a sale, merger or reorganisation of our business.
We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
06International transfers
We operate across multiple territories, including the United States, South-East Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your own country. Where we transfer personal information internationally we take steps we consider appropriate to protect it.
07How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards, and longer where we are required to retain records for legal, regulatory or sporting-governance purposes, or where the information may be relevant to a legal claim. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes. When information is no longer needed we delete it or render it anonymous.
08Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the Site.
09Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, to the extent it applies to us. Those rights include:

- the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@camisportslimited.com. We will verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorised agent.
